Return and replacement policy

You can choose to exchange the defective product or obtain a refund for the defective product.

Return of products.

For the return of quality products, we only compensate the cost of the products. Shipping costs are not compensated. The same applies to partial returns of quality products: shipping costs will also not be compensated.

You can return an item or the entire order if you meet the following requirements:

Both the item and its packaging must be kept in their original condition.
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Replacement of defective products.

You may choose to replace the defective product with the equivalent product that was ordered and has a defect.
We consider the item to be defective if it is visually broken (i.e. if the case cannot be assembled according to the manual or if the case has visual tears on the outer layer), if the color of the product is defective or if the light module does not work.

Replacements are made within 7 business days from the time we receive the returned product. You will receive a relevant notification by email.

Return of defective products.

You can return defective products with a full refund of the order price and shipping costs. In case of partial return, shipping costs will not be compensated.

We consider the item to be defective if it is visually broken (that is, if the case cannot be assembled according to the manual or if the case has visual tears on the outer layer), the color of the product is defective, or if the light doesn't work.

Refunds are made within 7 business days from the time we receive the returned product. You will receive a relevant notification by email. If the refund is made to a bank account, the refund period may increase due to the bank's conditions for processing payments; Contact your bank for more information.
